We don’t care if your truck is an obvious art installation that is physically not able to drive and very probably has been condoned by the owner of the house - this is a no parking zone! Parkverbot! You get a ticket!

Doing a little research - it was an actual policeman who wrote the ticket. After the whole thing made it into the news, he claims it was meant as a joke in the first place. Which - is exactly what you would say when being publicly exposed for writing a parking ticket for an art installation, so... who knows...
